Here's how it works: We will discuss your child's individual needs and place him/her with a qualified tutor who has expertise in those areas. You and your tutor will then determine a convenient schedule. At the end of each month your tutor will ask you to approve his/her time sheet. A monthly invoice with your child's progress and future goals will then be sent to you.

It's easy to add or reduce tutoring time. After the first hour we bill in 1/2 hour increments. If a big project is coming up and you want more tutoring time, we are here to help!

The Fine Print

Legal Agreement

Angela Brown Tutoring (ABT) is a tutor referral service. The tutor referred to you is a subcontractor to ABT. Your tutor will be paid by ABT. Clients should NOT make payments directly to the tutor.

Clients can be charged for appointments canceled less than 24 hours in advance. To avoid being charged for a missed appointment, please inform your tutor or ABT at least 24 hours in advance that you wish to cancel an appointment. Your tutor will be happy to make arrangements to reschedule.

Clients will review and sign tutor timesheets at the end of each month. ABT will bill clients based on the hours logged on the signed timesheet.

Tutors are prohibited from working directly for clients outside of their contract with ABT for a period of one year from last date of service to that client through ABT.

Clients will indemnify and hold harmless Angela Brown Tutoring from any and all claims, liabilities and damages arising from the actions of Subcontractors (tutors). Tutors are independent subcontractors and are solely responsible for any claims or damages they might cause.

A parent, guardian or legal child care provider must be on the premisi during tutoring sessions for minor children.
